    Hockey is a beautiful game.

    Hockey Day in Canada is a great day just to appreciate and enjoy the game we love. Forget the Canadiens recent struggles and turn on CBC and enjoy. Maybe the Forum ghosts will come out today and give us a win over the Sens, or maybe not. Maybe they’re in Bob Gainey’s office orchestrating the right trade. Whatever happens, happens. Sit back and enjoy the day.

    • PACTUM SERVA : Yep your right. I just hope this team shows up with some fight on saturday. Boston will be throwing their weight around again. The team needs to make a statement early in the game. Gut check time.
    • groundworking : Backhands are hard to read. I thought it was a very smart play--risky, because they're also hard to aim, but smart.
    • groundworking : I couldn't agree more about Price and O'Byrne. He's soft, which isn't something that one normally has to say about someone his size. Price is incredible, though. Very good. He's the only reason they've even been close this past few games.

    • groundworking : Pierre keeps saying that they "fait les bonne choses". Like what? Shots? Goals? Hits? Faceoffs? What? They are absolutely terrible. A complete disgrace to the uniform--with FEW exceptions (Price, Koivu, Begin)
