The Habs will probably show up in flip flops and sunburns from a day of golfing, I predict a boring, no effort loss. Man I love being a pessimist, cause if they end up winning, great. I won’t be upset if they do lose unlike those forever optimists who think we’ll win the cup.

Team defense is terrible right now. Look at the tape, on the power play goals you will see four players standing around watching goals being scored. On the offensive side, our guys are working, but they rarely get shots on the net which makes it near impossible to score anything but sniper 1 in a million goals.

  4. I really want this team to be great again, but there is absolutely no sign of that happening any time in at least the immediate future. Frustrating, isn’t it?

The days of dynasties are gone, thanks in large part to the ridiculous financial structure of the league. When you’ve got the right personnel, you have to take the best shot that ou can. At the current rate, I fear that this team will continue to fall short until rebuilding time comes around yet again.

This team has been inconsistent all year. I can’t watch anymore.
When you continue to have Breeze-by on defense you know your team is in trouble!

All I know is that this team needs a good shake up. I know it’s a copout to blame the coach but something big needs to happen now. I’m not saying it’s Carbo’s fault but it may be time to try someone new.

The team isn’t playing for the coach or the captain right now, it’s just a bunch of guys trying to get their individual stats up and forgetting about playing as a team.

Maybe I’m jumping the gun here but at this pace we will not be in the post season and that is simply embarrassing for our centennial year.

P.S did anyone catch Price’s little outburst? Finally someone on this team is calling it like it is.
